CRM Marketing Tool

The SpotlerCRM integrated Marketing tool includes everything you need to create and manage your marketing. We offer two package plans that let you start small and upgrade for more functionality when you need to.

Package Plans

Our Simple Marketing plan is an easy to use solution designed for small businesses sending a low number of emails – up to 5,000 per month. You can create and send emails, monitor your contacts’ engagement and report on the campaign activity.

The full version of the CRM Marketing tool, Advanced Marketing, allows you to run, control and report on all your marketing campaigns, send up to 50,000 bulk emails and newsletters per month, and track the results right through to your sales. You can set up automated Drip Campaigns to send emails at set intervals plus Web Forms and Web Transactions to capture new leads from your web site.

The Advanced Marketing plan includes features to enable compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Simple Marketing and Advanced Marketing are available as an additional option in our Professional and Enterprise plans.

Accessing the CRM Marketing Tool

To access the CRM Marketing tool in your CRM system, go to Settings then Manage Subscription and select Change Plan & Options. Use the toggle button to select either the ‘Simple Marketing’ or ‘Advanced Marketing’ option, and Save Changes.

Back on your CRM main menu, click the Marketing tab and the new menu options will appear. Should this not update automatically, please logout and back in again to refresh your browser.

Simple Marketing Plan

The SpotlerCRM Simple Marketing plan is designed for small businesses sending a low number of emails per month.

This simple email marketing tool is available as an optional add-on tool with your CRM. It offers email marketing with a limit of 5,000 emails per month. You can create and send bulk emails directly from your CRM system and monitor your contacts’ engagement, reporting on all the campaign activity.

To add Simple Marketing to your CRM package, go to Settings then Manage Subscription and select Change Plan & Options. Use the toggle button to switch on Simple Marketing, review your plan price changes, then click Save Changes.

Advanced Marketing Plan

The Advanced Marketing plan is design form small and medium-sized businesses sending large numbers of email per month with complex contact segments. It allows you to run, manage and report on all your marketing campaigns, sending up to 50,000* bulk emails per month, then track the results right through to your sales. You can set up multiple Campaign Stages, automated Drip Campaigns and integrate Web Forms to capture new leads from your web site.
