If you have employees working in different international time zones you can setup User Profiles and User Records to recognise the time zone they operate in.

This is available in the Professional and Enterprise plans, with the User Permissions Levels option enabled.

In the Settings tab, go to User Settings to change the time zone for a User Group or User Management to set it up for individual users.
