Downgrade to Free CRM
If after your trial period you find you are not ready to upgrade, you can opt to switch to the Free CRM, with a maximum of 2 Users and 100 Accounts. You can continue using the Free plan for as long as you like.
In Settings > Manage Subscription select Change Plan & Options. On the next page, select the Free plan and save your changes. Please note, if you have more than 2 Live Users you will need to reduce the numbers before you can downgrade.
